Award Winning Minneapolis Wedding Photographer
Jackson Tyler Eddy of A Frame Forward Photography is a Minneapolis wedding photographer who offers vibrant wedding photography to couples in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area looking for imagery that tells a visual story of their unique wedding day. He has a passion for creating truly captivating wedding photos that highlight each detail and intimate moment of their wedding experience.
For creative wedding photography, I find inspiration by getting to know the individual personalities and the story behind the engaged couple. I care deeply about imagery that reflects my clients and their relationships. By listening and observing the way they interact, I can photograph their wedding through their eyes documenting the feeling in each moment as they celebrate their love with their nearest & dearest.
Destination Wedding Photography
While I love so many of the beautiful wedding venues in Minneapolis and St. Paul, the intrigue of traveling to a new location for a destination wedding has led me to many breathtaking places. My lifelong curiosity and overall adventurous spirit finds comfort in exploring new places, which is the perfect fit being a destination wedding photographer.
I’ve had the honor of documenting and creating with couples in amazing places in the United States as well as destinations all around the world. I shoot often in San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago, Colorado and the Pacific Northwest. Some awesome international destination weddings I’ve had the honor of capturing include Sapodilla Bay in Turks & Caicos, Santorini, Greece, Paris, the Hawaiian Islands and all over Mexico.
Throughout the years, my desire to creatively problem solve with commercial photography has helped businesses build and strengthen their brand through powerful images and creative perspectives. With a professional and educational background in marketing, I understand the different challenges businesses face and how to find the best possible solutions. By focusing on photography that supports overall marketing strategies, I’ve successfully collaborated with clients like EY, University of Minnesota, National Inventors Hall of Fame, Turtle Bay Resort Oahu, and the Wanderlust Festival.

“Jackson is an AMAZING photographer! He took our engagement/wedding photos, each picture is a work of art, just beautiful! I’m the type of person who doesn’t like my picture taken, but Jackson made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera, I even forgot he was there at times! My husband and I are forever grateful for the beautiful pictures and memories that Jackson provided us. He deserves 10 stars!”

Mahalo A Frame Forward Photography! Where to start? Jackson did an AMAZING job with EVERYTHING. He came out to Hawaii to shoot our engagement session and was open to anything we wanted. He climbed a mountain with us, got in the ocean with us, and rolled in the dirt – all to get some good shots. (Sidebar: My husband’s pants got wet during the photoshoot so Jackson lent him his extra pair of shorts. Somehow the photos still look good, even with basketball shorts on!) The wedding day was no different. We had a multicultural wedding which was no problem for Jackson. He was calm and collected and captured every moment throughout the chaotic day. He took beautiful pictures and we are SO GLAD that we chose him. Mahalo Jackson!

Better than we could have ever dreamed! Jackson was AMAZING! He was very helpful and open during our planning period, always with quick answers and ideas. Our engagement shoot was just the thing to make us comfortable with A) being photographed B) with our fantastic photographer. The wedding pictures were beyond wonderful! Jackson was easy going, confident, always happy, and full of personalized ideas. My family LOVED him! And oh, my. . . the final pictures are out of this world. My step-mother said “This man is not a photographer, he’s a POET with his camera!” and I have to agree. There is absolutely nothing I can think of that he could have done better. A+ I recommend him to anyone who will listen!
