Conveniently located in the urban warehouse district right near downtown Minneapolis, you’ll be close to it all! Out of town guests will enjoy fabulous nearby hotels, such as The Loew’s, Hotel Minneapolis, and more. They’ll also enjoy restaurants, and other fun activities while they’re in town. The address for Aria is 105 North 1st Street, Minneapolis, MN 55401.
Impressive Guest List
Aria can accommodate up to 600 guests! No matter if you want to invite only your closest friends and family or have the biggest party of the year inviting everyone you know, the Aria can handle it with ease.
Blank Canvas Space
The unique industrial space at Aria is truly a blank canvas for whatever kind of wedding you wish to have. The incredible space features original brick walls, vaulted ceilings, artwork, and crystal chandeliers. There is no doubt built in charm, but the rest is up to you! No matter what colors, accents, lighting, theme, or decorations you desire, it’s possible at Aria. You can dress it up or down depending on your preferences, style, and budget! You’ll even have a dedicated Aria event manager bringing your visions to life and helping you every step of the way!
Private Bridal Suites
Luxurious dedicated dressing rooms are available for you on your special day to get picture perfect ready! They feature two gorgeous bridal suites (one for the bride/bridesmaids and one for the groom/groomsmen), three private bathrooms, separate bay of sinks, and more great amenities to help you and your party relax and prepare in ultimate comfort.

Catering
To ensure your guests have an amazing dining experience, Aria offers a list of approved catering vendors that your taste buds will go crazy for. Their approved partners are Brasa, Chowgirls Killer Catering, Crave Catering, Create Catering, D’Amico Catering, The Deco Catering, Fabulous Catering, and Surdyk’s Catering.
Rental Info
Daytime
Expect prices to be $500 – 1,000 for five hours of the main facility rental space. (Additional time can be rented for $125 per hour.) Prices are determined by the day you choose.
Evening
You can expect to pay between $2,000 – 5,500 for 10-12 hours of the main facility rental space. (Additional time can be rented for $250 per hour.) Prices vary depending on the day you choose.
If you’re planning on having your wedding ceremony at Aria, the fee is an additional $1,000. The fee includes set-up of ceremony space and/or the flip of the room for the transition to reception. It also includes the use of private bridal suites.
Included Amenities
Included in the rental price of the main event space will be the use of two mobile bars, mahogany Chiavari chairs, cocktail tables, roundtables, and banquet tables. Additional bars, lounge furniture, lighting, and decor are available at an extra cost.
Also included on your big day is a full-service professional bartending staff. You’ll find them behind the bar, butler passing, or pouring tableside. They serve an assortment of premium beer, wine, spirits, and craft cocktails.
Last but not least, you’ll have included private security personnel to ensure your gifts and guests are safe and secure all night long!
