I photograph weddings solo, which keeps things relaxed and low-profile. People naturally let their guard down when there’s not a crew of cameras around. That’s when the real moments happen.

What do your wedding photography collections and packages cost?

Collections and packages range from $5,000 to $15,000 depending on coverage hours and scope. Every collection includes a complimentary engagement session.

How many hours of coverage do most couples book?

Couples book the collection that fits their day. Eight hours captures the core moments. Ten hours adds room to breathe. All-Day covers everything from getting ready through the end of the reception. I’ll help you figure out what fits when we talk.

Do you work with a second photographer?

I shoot solo by default. That’s how I stay present and connected with you. A second photographer is available on request for weddings where the logistics genuinely call for it.

How many photos will we receive, and when?

Most weddings deliver 400 to 600 final edited images depending on coverage. I don’t cap deliverables at an arbitrary number. If the image is beautiful, it’s in the gallery. Sneak peeks go out shortly after your wedding. Full galleries are delivered within 4 to 8 weeks, individually hand-edited. No batch filters, no outsourced editing.

What happens if you get sick or injured?

I’ve never missed a wedding in 17 years. In the rare event something truly prevented me from being there, I have a trusted network of Minnesota photographers I’d arrange on your behalf.

Do you have backup equipment?

Yes. I shoot with two cameras at all times, both writing to dual memory cards simultaneously so every image is captured twice in real time. Full backup bodies, lenses, and cards on hand. Every image is backed up to multiple locations after the wedding.

How do we book, and how far in advance?

Reach out through the contact form with your date, location, and a few details about your plans. I’ll get back to you personally. A 50% retainer secures your date. I photograph a limited number of weddings each year and peak dates book well in advance, sometimes more than a year out. If you’re thinking about it, reach out sooner rather than later.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, everywhere. I’ve photographed weddings across the United States and internationally. Destination collections begin at $6,000, and travel is quoted on top of that based on where it is and how long I’ll be gone. More on how it all works on my destination wedding photographer page.
